Extrusion halls built for continuous production
TAIDE runs in-house extrusion lines that produce continuous round rod and flat plate stock in POM, PP, and PE. Walk the floor to see where the polymer is made and shaped.
From pellet to profile
Controlled heating, drying, and calibration
Raw polymer is dried before it reaches the barrel, then heated in controlled zones as it moves through the extruder. Continuous profile calibration sets the rod and plate dimensions as the material cools.
Dedicated cooling bays and sorting racks give finished stock time to settle, helping prevent residual internal stress before it is cut, sorted, and packed.
